Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. During times of unusually high volume, like periodic new product drops, processing and shipping times may extend to a week or more. If you are experiencing a delay and want to talk, please contact us.

Domestic shipping:

Free shipping on orders over $100! Under $100 is a flat rate of $8.

Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. We’ve used other services in the past and find USPS provides reliable and cost efficient shipping within the US. 

International shipping:

We use USPS first class service for all international orders. Processing of customs forms is included in the cost of shipping. Item value will be declared as the full sale price. Any additional costs after the shipment leaves Z-stems is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Z-stems will not provide payment for customs duties, VAT, or any post-sale fees.
